Employees of DeKalb Technical College enjoy a variety of benefits. The
State’s Flexible Benefits Program allows employees to select specific
coverage for their needs. The Department of Community Health administers
the State Health Benefit Plan. In addition, several HMO health plans are
available which allow employees to choose the type coverage they would
like. There are also other benefits such as Peach State Reserves
(Deferred Compensation), Educational Savings, etc., that are available to
