Advisement and Guidance

Advisement
A comprehensive advisement system and professional staff is provided to aid students in:

  • Exploring life goals
  • Exploring career/educational goals
  • Selecting an educational program
  • Selecting courses
  • Scheduling courses

The most important part of an effective advisement program is the association the student has with faculty advisors through individual and small group contacts. Students must confer with their program advisor each quarter. Final responsibility for meeting graduation requirements rests with the student. For a listing of advisors select your campus under Advisors from the Current Students web page.
