Internet Course Support Hours
The following are the Internet Course Support hours for helping students with online courses. All support emails and calls are answered within 24 hours during the week and within 48 hours on the weekends. The calls and emails will be answered during the hours posted. Callers may need to leave a message to be returned by the support team. These hours are subject to change without notice. Holidays are exempt from these posted hours.
Note: Internet Course Support hours change to daytime hours only for the time between quarters and messages may not be answered until the beginning of the quarter.
