What do I do if I type in the website address and it doesn’t work?

You NEVER use a www in the Blackboard website addresses. If you have tried several times to get to the website and it still will not let you in, then you need to wait for an hour and try again. If you still cannot get to the Login screen, then you can give the Internet Course Support a call at 770-786-9522 ext. 5043 or email dekalbonline@dekalbtech.edu

Just because you cannot get onto Blackboard from campus does not mean that the website is down. Blackboard is located in Washington DC and is not connected to the computer system at DeKalb Tech. Go off campus and try the website address.
