Consultation and Assessments
In order to determine the scope and content of training services, a training needs assessment is conducted.
This assessment helps determine performance concerns, organizational
values and issues, and identifies areas where training may increase
performance and productivity. Assessments may be conducted for maintenance
and industrial training, customer service, organizational leadership,
or team development.
If a company is upgrading equipment, software, or
operating technologies, they may take advantage of Georgia Retraining Tax Credit assistance.
This helps to offset the cost of retraining due to technology changes.
