Drug-Free Workplace

In accordance with the Technical College System of Georgia’s policy
III.O, Drug-Free Workplace,
An employee arrested or convicted (including a plea
of nolo contendere) of violating any criminal drug statute must notify the Director
of Human Resources in writing of each arrest or conviction within five (5)
days.
As a condition of
employment, each employee must certify in writing that they have read and will
abide by the terms of the Drug Free Workplace policy of the Technical College
System of Georgia.
