DeKalb Technical College Initiates Accelerated Criminal Justice Degree
DeKalb Technical College initiates an accelerated associate degree in Criminal Justice designed for law enforcement officers. The program is designed to maximize success by adding course exemption exams for State certified officers. Flexible course hours include traditional face-to-face classes and web-based educational options. The Criminal Justice Associate Degree features courses in Homeland Security, Cybercrime Investigations, Constitutional Law and Criminal Procedures. The program is aimed to increase the acquired number of associate degrees issued to law enforcement officers in the State of Georgia.
Financial aid through the HOPE Grant and other avenues is available to qualified applicants for assistance with tuition, books, and other fees.
