Honor Societies Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) is available to students in Degree programs who have completed 40 credit hours with a 3.5 Grade Point Average. Phi Theta Kappa promotes the development of leadership, service, and fellowship among qualified students in two-year colleges. Who’s Who Among Students in American Junior Colleges is an organization that recognizes outstanding achievement. Membership is by selection and is based on scholarship, leadership, participation in extracurricular activities, and general citizenship. President’s List Dean’s List Designation of President’s List / Dean’s List is recorded on the student transcript. Honor Activities GOAL Award competition begins with instructor nominations among credit enrolled students and culminates with statewide competition among the 34 technical colleges.
