Overview
The Business Administration Associate of Applied Science degree is a sequence of courses designed to provide students with an understanding of the concepts, principles, and techniques required in today’s business environment. The program is designed for students who will pursue employment in business offices as administrative and office support personnel. This is a broad program that will provide skills to prepare graduates for business related employment in both private and public agencies and different corporate office environments.

What To Expect
All classes in the Business Administration Associate of Applied Science degree program are offered at times that will accommodate students. Most classes are offered mornings and evenings. All classes are offered online. A few classes are offered on Saturdays. The flexibility of course offerings allows students to complete the programs within their desired timeframes.
The program is constantly monitored for relevance so that students receive instruction in current and evolving business and economic trends; and the latest technological advances in computer hardware, software applications, system software, and office procedures. |
Employment Opportunities
Graduates of the Business Administration Associate in Science degree can expect to apply for and obtain entry-level customer service, administrative, management, and office support positions in corporate, education, and government accounting, marketing, sales, legal, and education offices.
The employment opportunities for this degree are very wide ranging and should be a good choice for a student who is not quite sure of a specific technical occupation but still desires job skills to work in an office environment.

Competitive Events Program
PBL's National Awards Program recognizes and rewards excellence in a broad range of business and career-related areas.
