Clarkston Campus Renaissance

DTAE PROJECT #102 PHASE 2 UPDATE

Driving by the new classroom building helps us understand how magnificent the new academic building will be once it is completed.  Several College staff have received comments from individuals from the community as to its design and presence on Indian Creek Drive.  This is something of which we can all be proud.

Now that the form has taken shape, we can see the brick facade is moving right along.  The roofing material is on site and the installation is not far behind.  The interior framing of walls on the first floor is just about complete and the crew will be moving shortly to the second floor.  Expect to see the drywall contractor on board shortly.  Interior mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-ins are on-going inside both buildings.

Completion date is scheduled for the end of August, 2007.
