While work continues on the exterior finishes, most of the work has moved to the interior of the buildings. The interior wall framing for the first floor is 95% complete. The roofing systems for both buildings are under construction.
Plumbing and electrical work is moving along nicely. The fire suppression systems have been charged and testing is underway of all sanitary and copper lines.
The contractor has agreed to provide us with some inside pictures for next months’ report. The project is progressing on schedule and is expected to be completed by the end of August.
