(Tuition Fees Only**)
When a student registers for classes and it becomes
necessary to withdraw, the student must go to the Registrar's Office
and complete an official Withdrawal Form. The date of withdrawal is
the day the student submits the completed form to the Registrar's
Office. A STOP PAYMENT ON A CHECK DOES NOT CONSTITUTE AN OFFICIAL
WITHDRAWAL NOR DOES IT CANCEL THE STUDENT'S FINANCIAL OBLIGATION.
A student who stops payment on a check is still responsible for all
fees, including a $20 returned check fee. If a student does not
formally withdraw from class, he or she is liable for all fees and
associated expenses.
REFUND POLICY
All tuition and fees, excluding the application fee, will be refunded if a student formally withdraws before the first day
of any quarter. If a student withdraws within seven consecutive calendar days, including holidays, he or she is eligible for
100% refund of tuition paid during the scheduled Drop-Add/Late Registration period for that quarter. A withdrawing
student is eligible for a 75% refund of tuition paid for the remainder of the seven consecutive calendar days. No portion
of any miscellaneous fees such as registration fee, activity fee, insurance fees shall be refunded during this seven-day
refund period. The late registration fee is non-refundable. A student who withdraws from a course or courses beyond the
eighth calendar day of the quarter will not be entitled to a refund.
Refunds based on an official withdrawal will
be according to the schedule described below:
