Graduation Application
A student desiring to graduate should make an appointment with their
academic advisor before the following dates:
Spring Quarter 2008 Graduation Application: Friday, February 1, 2008
Summer Quarter 2008 Graduation Application: Friday, May 2, 2008
Fall Quarter 2008 Graduation Application: Friday, August 8, 2008
Please verify that you have met all the Graduation Requirements as listed in the DTC Catalog. The Course Requirements that you have been tracking for your program of study can be found under Programs. Once you have verified that you have met all the requirements, please consult your academic advisor prior to filling out the online application.
To apply for a DEGREE, DIPLOMA, or TCC, you will fill out and submit the Graduation Application online. The login information is the same as your login for Banner Web - the username is your student ID number and the password is your 6 digit PIN. If you are unable to login, call the Banner Web Support line at x5911 for assistance. Once you finish entering the required information and click Submit, a page with a confirmation number will display. Please print out the confirmation page for future reference.
